North Macedonia (2015) - The Committee against Torture considered the third periodic report of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (CAT/C/MKD/3) at its 1310th and 1313th meetings (CAT/C/SR.1310 and 1313), held on 4 and 5 May 2015, and adopted, at its 1317th meeting, held on 7 May 2015, the following concluding observations.

Serbia (2015) - The Committee against Torture considered the second periodic report of Serbia (CAT/C/SRB/2) at its 1304th and 1307th meetings, held on 29 and 30 April 2015 (see CAT/C/SR.1304 and 1307), and adopted the following concluding observations at its 1322nd and 1323rd meetings, held on 12 May 2015.

European Intersex Meeting, Riga 2014

On Wednesday, the 8th of October 2014 the European Intersex Meeting took place in Riga. The goal of the meeting was to identify objectives and strategies to advocate for the full implementation of human rights and bodily integrity and self-determination for intersex individuals in Europe on the grounds of the Demands of the Malta Statement, formulated at the 3rd International Intersex Forum 2013.

Public Statement by the Third International Intersex Forum

Between 29 November and 1 December 2013, the Third International Intersex Forum took place in Valletta, Malta. This event brought together 34 activists representing 30 intersex organisations from all continents. The Public Statement by the Third International Intersex Forum is also know as the Malta Declaration.
