Republic of Korea (CCPR 03-12-2015) - The Committee considered the fourth periodic report submitted by the Republic of Korea (CCPR/C/KOR/4) at its 3210th and 3211th meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3210 and 3211), held on 22 and 23 October 2015. At its 3226th meeting, held on 3 November 2015, it adopted the following concluding observations.
Iraq (CESCR 27-10-2015) - The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights considered the fourth periodic report of Iraq on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (E/C.12/IRQ/4) at its 62nd and 63rd meetings (see E/C.12/2015/SR.62 and 63), held on 29 and 30 September 2015, and adopted the following concluding observations at its 78th meeting, held on 9 October 2015.
Kyrgyzstan (CESCR 07-07-2015) - The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights considered the combined second and third periodic reports of Kyrgyzstan on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (E/C.12/KGZ/2-3) at its twenty-second and twenty-third meetings (see E/C.12/2015/SR.22 and 23), held on 1 and 2 June 2015, and adopted the following concluding observations at its fiftieth meeting, held on 19 June 2015.
Mongolia (CESCR 07-07-2015) - The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights considered the fourth report of Mongolia on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (E/C.12/MNG/4) at its 26th to 27th meetings (E/C.12/2015/SR.26 and 27), held on 3 and 4 June 2015, and adopted the following concluding observations at its 50th meeting, held on 19 June 2015.
Kyrgyzstan (CEDAW 11-05-2015) - The Committee considered the fourth periodic report of Kyrgyzstan (CEDAW/C/KGZ/4) at its 1289th and 1290th meetings, on 25 February 2015 (see CEDAW/C/SR.1289 and 1290).
