Mozambique (CEDAW 30-07-2019) - The Committee considered the combined third to fifth periodic reports of Mozambique (CEDAW/C/MOZ/3-5) at its 1692nd and 1693rd meetings (see CEDAW/C/SR.1692 and CEDAW/C/SR.1693), held on 3 July 2019. Spain (CRPD 13-05-2019) - The Committee considered the combined second and third periodic reports of Spain (CRPD/C/ESP/2-3) at its 445th and 446th meetings (see CRPD/C/SR.445 and 446), held on 18 and 19 March 2019. It adopted the present concluding observations at its 463rd meeting, held on 29 March 2019.
Norway (CRPD 07-05-2019) - The Committee considered the initial report of Norway (CRPD/C/NOR/1 and Corr.1) at its 455th and 456th meetings (see CRPD/C/SR.455 and 456), held on 25 and 26 March 2019. It adopted the present concluding observations at its 471st meeting, held on 4 April 2019.
Eritrea (CCPR 03-05-2019) 1. In the absence of the initial report by the State party, the Committee considered the situation of civil and political rights under the Covenant in Eritrea at its 3582nd and 3583rd meetings (CCPR/C/SR.3582 and 3583), held in public sessions on 12 and 13 March 2019. In accordance with rule 71, paragraph 1, of the Committee’s rules of procedure, the failure of a State party to submit its report under article 40 of the Covenant may lead to an examination in a public session of the measures taken by the State party to give effect to the rights recognized in the Covenant and to adopt concluding observations. 2. At its 3599th meeting, held on 25 March 2019, the Committee adopted the following concluding observations.
Mauritius (CESCR 05-04-2019) - The Committee considered the fifth periodic report of Mauritius (E/C.12/MUS/5) at its 14th and 15th meetings (see E/C.12/2019/SR.14 and 15), held on 26 and 27 February 2019, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 30th meeting, held on 8 March 2019.
Cameroon (CESCR 25-03-2019) - The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights considered the fourth periodic report of Cameroon (E/C.12/CMR/4) at its sixth and seventh meetings (E/C.12/2019/SR.6 and E/C.12/2019/SR.7), held on 20 and 21 February 2019, and adopted the present concluding observations at its thirtieth meeting, held on 8 March 2019.
