Republic of Korea (CRC 24-10-2019) - The Committee considered the combined fifth and sixth periodic reports of the Republic of Korea (CRC/C/KOR/5-6) at its 2416th and 2417th meetings (see CRC/C/SR.2416 and 2417), held on 18 and 19 September 2019, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 2430th meeting, held on 27 September 2019.
Australia (CRPD 15-10-2019) - The Committee considered the combined second and third periodic reports of Australia (CRPD/C/AUS/2-3) at its 499th and 500th meetings (see CRPD/C/SR.499 and 500), held on 12 and 13 September 2019. It adopted the present concluding observations at its 511th meeting, held on 20 September 2019.
Equatorial Guinea (CCPR 22-08-2019) - 1. In the absence of a report by the State party, the Human Rights Committee considered the situation of civil and political rights under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Equatorial Guinea at its 3,623rd and 3,624th meetings (CCPR/C/SR.3623 and CCPR/C/SR.3624), held in a public session on 10 and 11 July 2019. In accordance with rule 71 (1) of the Committee’s rules of procedure, the failure of a State party to submit its report under article 40 of the Covenant may lead to an examination in a public session of the measures taken by the State party to give effect to the rights recognized in the Covenant and to adopt concluding observations. 2. At its 3,638th and 3,641st meetings, held on 22 and 23 July 2019, the Committee adopted the present concluding observations.
Paraguay (CCPR 20-08-2019) - The Committee considered the fourth periodic report of Paraguay (CCPR/C/PRY/4) at its 3621st and 3622nd meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3621 and CCPR/C/SR.3622), held on 9 and 10 July 2019. At its 3638th meeting (see CCPR/C/SR.3638), held on 22 July 2019, it adopted the present concluding observations.
Austria (CEDAW 30-07-2019) - The Committee considered the ninth periodic report of Austria (CEDAW/C/AUT/9) at its 1702nd and 1703rd meetings (see CEDAW/C/SR.1702 and CEDAW/C/SR.1703), held on 10 July 2019. United Kingdom (CAT 07-06-2019) - The Committee against Torture considered the sixth periodic report of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (CAT/C/GBR/6 and Corr.1) at its 1740th and 1743rd meetings (see CAT/C/SR.1740 and 1743), held on 7 and 8 May 2019, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 1754th meeting, held on 16 May 2019.
Norway (CRPD 07-05-2019) - The Committee considered the initial report of Norway (CRPD/C/NOR/1 and Corr.1) at its 455th and 456th meetings (see CRPD/C/SR.455 and 456), held on 25 and 26 March 2019. It adopted the present concluding observations at its 471st meeting, held on 4 April 2019.
Mauritius (CESCR 05-04-2019) - The Committee considered the fifth periodic report of Mauritius (E/C.12/MUS/5) at its 14th and 15th meetings (see E/C.12/2019/SR.14 and 15), held on 26 and 27 February 2019, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 30th meeting, held on 8 March 2019.
Guatemala (CAT 26-12-2018) - The Committee against Torture considered the seventh periodic report of Guatemala (CAT/C/GTM/7) at its 1689th and 1692nd meetings (see CAT/C/SR.1689 and CAT/C/SR.1692), held on 16 and 19 November 2018, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 1711th meeting, held on 3 December 2018.
The Netherlands (CAT 18-12-2018) - The Committee against Torture considered the seventh periodic report of the Netherlands (CAT/C/NLD/7) at its 1693rd and 1696th meetings (see CAT/C/SR.1693 and 1696), held on 20 and 21 November 2018, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 1712th and 1715th meetings, held on 3 and 5 December 2018.
