Germany (CESCR 27-11-2018) - The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights considered the sixth periodic report of Germany (E/C.12/DEU/6) at its 31st and 32nd meetings (see E/C.12/2018/SR.31 and 32), held on 25 September 2018, and adopted the present concluding observations at its 58th meeting, held on 12 October 2018.
Uruguay (CRPD 30-09-2016) - The Committee considered the initial report of Uruguay (CRPD/C/URY/1) at its 269th and 270th meetings (see CRPD/C/SR.269 and 270), held on 15 and 16 August 2016, respectively. At its 288th meeting, held on 29 August 2016, it adopted the following concluding observations.
Portugal (CCPR 28-04-2020) - The Human Rights Committee considered the fifth periodic report of Portugal (CCPR/C/PRT/RQ/5) at its 3696th and 3697th meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3696 and 3697), held on 5 and 6 March 2020. On 27 March 2020, the Committee adopted the present concluding observations.
Belgium (CCPR 06-12-2019) - The Human Rights Committee considered the sixth periodic report of Belgium (CCPR/C/BEL/6) at its 3651st and 3652nd meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3651 and 3652), held on 15 and 16 October 2019. At its 3676th and 3677th meetings, held on 1 November 2019, it adopted the present concluding observations.
Mexico (CCPR 04-12-2019) - The Committee considered the sixth periodic report of Mexico (CCPR/C/MEX/6) at its 3653rd and 3654th meetings (CCPR/C/SR.3653 and 3654), held on 16 and 17 October 2019. At its 3675th and 3676th meetings (CCPR/C/SR.3675 and 3676), held on 31 October and 1 November 2019, it adopted the present concluding observations.
Viet Nam (CCPR 29-08-2019) - The Committee considered the third periodic report of Viet Nam (CCPR/C/VNM/3) at its 3580th and 3581st meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3580 and 3581), held on 11 and 12 March 2019. At its 3599th and 3600th meetings, held on 25 March 2019, it adopted the present concluding observations.
Equatorial Guinea (CCPR 22-08-2019) - 1. In the absence of a report by the State party, the Human Rights Committee considered the situation of civil and political rights under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Equatorial Guinea at its 3,623rd and 3,624th meetings (CCPR/C/SR.3623 and CCPR/C/SR.3624), held in a public session on 10 and 11 July 2019. In accordance with rule 71 (1) of the Committee’s rules of procedure, the failure of a State party to submit its report under article 40 of the Covenant may lead to an examination in a public session of the measures taken by the State party to give effect to the rights recognized in the Covenant and to adopt concluding observations. 2. At its 3,638th and 3,641st meetings, held on 22 and 23 July 2019, the Committee adopted the present concluding observations.
Paraguay (CCPR 20-08-2019) - The Committee considered the fourth periodic report of Paraguay (CCPR/C/PRY/4) at its 3621st and 3622nd meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3621 and CCPR/C/SR.3622), held on 9 and 10 July 2019. At its 3638th meeting (see CCPR/C/SR.3638), held on 22 July 2019, it adopted the present concluding observations.
