Ministry OCWThe NNID receives an institutional subsidy from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science under the subsidy scheme gender- and lhbti equality. For this purpose, in the Alliance Shared Pride, Shared Happiness, Transgender Netwerk Nederland and COC Nederland work together. This subsidy is mainly used for work aimed at the Netherlands.

Ministerie of Foreign AffairsFor the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NNID carries out the project Intersekse Internationaal Mensenrechtenbeleid 2018-2021. Within this project, NNID shares knowledge about community building, obtaining funding, and representation at the United Nations with international intersex organisations.
