Germany (CERD 30-06-2015) - The Committee considered the nineteenth to twenty-second reports of Germany, submitted in one document (CERD/C/DEU/19-22), at its 2337th and 2338th meetings (see CERD/C/SR.2337 and SR.2338), held on 5 and 6 May 2015. At its 2348th meeting, held on 13 May 2015, it adopted the following concluding observations.
North Macedonia (2015) - The Committee against Torture considered the third periodic report of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (CAT/C/MKD/3) at its 1310th and 1313th meetings (CAT/C/SR.1310 and 1313), held on 4 and 5 May 2015, and adopted, at its 1317th meeting, held on 7 May 2015, the following concluding observations.
Serbia (2015) - The Committee against Torture considered the second periodic report of Serbia (CAT/C/SRB/2) at its 1304th and 1307th meetings, held on 29 and 30 April 2015 (see CAT/C/SR.1304 and 1307), and adopted the following concluding observations at its 1322nd and 1323rd meetings, held on 12 May 2015.
Germany (CRPD 13-05-2015) - The Committee considered the initial report of Germany (CRPD/C/DEU/1) at its 174th and 175th meetings (see CRPD/C/SR.174 and 175), held on 26 and 27 March 2015, respectively, and adopted the following concluding observations at its 194th meeting, held on 13 April 2015.
Kyrgyzstan (CEDAW 11-05-2015) - The Committee considered the fourth periodic report of Kyrgyzstan (CEDAW/C/KGZ/4) at its 1289th and 1290th meetings, on 25 February 2015 (see CEDAW/C/SR.1289 and 1290). In 2015 Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muižnieks published eight recommendations on intersex in the report Human Rights and Intersex People (2015). Muižnieks was Commissioner for Human Rights from 2012 to 2018.
